Marianne has dedicated her adult life to the transformation of hair styles and hair coloring. She has owned and operated salons for over 20 years and has been a stylist over 30 years. Hair is her passion and her art. She is a Goldwell color expert and prides herself on color transformations.

Heather has been a hair designer since 2002, specializing in a range of techniques, including color and curly cuts. She prioritize staying current with the latest products and trends to provide her clients with the highest quality services. Her primary objective is to ensure that every client leaves the salon feeling beautiful and confident. Sh is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and craftsmanship at every appointment. Mishi Florence
Master Stylist & Massage Therapist
Mishi Florence has been an integral part of Andrew William Salon & Spa for over nine years, bringing more than 22 years of experience in Hawaii, California, and Massachusetts. A Master Hair Artist and Licensed Massage Therapist, she believes great hair starts with care and brings creativity, precision, and passion to every client.
Mishi specializes in advanced cutting techniques and the rare art of razor sculpting, creating soft textured layers, shags, bobs, pixies, curls, and carved designs. With a deep understanding of color theory, she restores balance and dimension through natural sun-kissed looks, lived-in color, bold fashion shades, and elegant updos.
Her expertise extends beyond hair artistry—Mishi is also trained in Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, and Polarity Therapy, offering clients a holistic experience that rejuvenates mind, body, and spirit.

Tara has worked in the industry since 2011. Her passion for hair continues to grow and inspire her. Color and cutting hold a special place in her practice, and she understands their power to transform clients. Because of this, she focuses deeply on refining both skill sets. Her specialties include custom colors, modern blonding, foil placement, foliage, vivids/fantasy hair, alternative styles, and precision haircutting. She takes time with each client, pays close attention to detail, and is committed to ongoing education to stay current with the latest styles and trends.
